Weissach Autohaus (pronounced why'-sock -at least here in America!) was named in honor of Weissach, Germany, home of Porsche's race and advanced development work. Weissach, Germany has created the very best of racing technology and has made Porsche the racing and performance car powerhouse that it is.
Weissach Autohaus was formed in 2006 as a place to buy a great, clean, used Porsche at a fair price and be able to buy it with the confidence that everyone wants when making an investment such as this. Peace of Mind was our mantra in 2006 and it still is. Our customers tell us that we did ok in fulfilling our goal (see our Testimonials for some kind comments from our past and present customers). Our position was that every car sold would be in top condition mechanically and in appearance. That meant that every car would be in 100% working order, be fully serviced and would come with a comprehensive warranty.
Over the next 4 years, nearly 500 Porsche cars found their way to new owners (very happy owners I might add!). While 500 cars is not a big number compared to a big volume dealer it was pretty good for an independent selling only pre-owned Porsche cars. We'd like to take a moment to thank each and every customer for their support and we can hope we can serve them again in the future. We'd also like to thank all those folks that gave our cars consideration. Even though we didn't have the right car for them they always treated us with professionalism and respect. As long as they bought a Porsche somewhere, somehow we were happy.
In 2010 we closed our showroom so we could concentrate on providing services for buyers and sellers. As everyone who has ever owned their own business knows, overhead is a killer!! The cost of keeping a showroom open year round for a seasonal product proved to be an expensive model. The choices were to lower the standards of the cars we sold or to do less service and warranty. Neither seemed like a very good solution for anyone.
At the same time, we knew that there was still a need to assist in the sourcing and selling of high end cars. The internet has made finding cars for sale down right trivial. The challenge remains finding the "right" car that will provide enjoyment and reliable service. We felt that our years of experiencing owning and selling high end cars could be applied to make this task a little bit more sane. Every buyer wants the same thing- to know that they bought a car that is clean and sound and that they paid a fair price (and maybe a little bit less!). Weissach Services was created to do just that. We can take on the burden of finding and/or evaluating high end cars to provide buyers with the confidence they seek. The other burden for high end car owners is how to sell their cars. Here again, Weissach Services can help by listing the car and finding a new home for it.

Weissach Autohaus LLC was founded by and is owned and managed by Phil Cracco. After struggling in the process of buying and selling my own Porsche cars I knew there must be a better way. Weissach Autohaus was founded to answer that call.
